Stubbornly… I told myself ‘I eat well enough so why does it matter’

Thinking this would fix my issue.
I’d look at the scales week by week.

I finally forced myself to do it and realised how much I was over eating π
I set my calorie limit.
I set my Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat goals
Stayed consisent….
The weight just fell off.
In 6 months, I went from 87 kilos, to 71.5 kilos.
