But I didn’t think it was THAT important.

Stubbornly… I told myself ‘I eat well enough so why does it matter’

Instead I opted to…

▶ Train More Often
▶ Do More Cardio

Thinking this would fix my issue.

I’d look at the scales week by week.

Month after month..

And see zero progress.

Enough was enough.

I finally forced myself to do it and realised how much I was over eating 😂

I set my calorie limit.

I set my Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat goals

Stayed consisent….

The weight just fell off.

In 6 months, I went from 87 kilos, to 71.5 kilos.
